Operative business conduct
- Administration and/or forwarding of all incoming telephone calls, post, emails and faxes.
- Other tasks in respect to the clients administrations such as invoicing, follow up on payments, receivables and payables.
- Bookkeeping of all business transactions and preparing of all financial reports such as income statement and balance sheet.
- Preparation and filing of all legal reports
- Care for the business seat in Switzerland
- Arranging for yearly external audit (if necessary)
